License Agreement

By submitting an article to “busquedas.org” I certify that:

  1. I am authorized by my co-authors, if any, to enter into these arrangements.
  1. I warrant, on behalf of myself and my co-authors, that:
    • the article does not infringe any existing copyright or other third party right;
    • I/we am/are the sole author(s) of the article and have full authority to enter into this agreement and in granting rights to “busquedas.org” I am/we are not in breach of any other obligation;
    • the article does not contain anything that is unlawful, defamatory or which, if published, would constitute a breach of contract or of confidence or of the duty of secrecy;
    • I/we have taken due care to ensure the integrity of the article. To the best of my/our knowledge all statements contained in it that purport to be facts are true and any formula or instruction contained in the article, if accurately followed, will not cause any injury, illness or damage to the user.
  1. I, and all co-authors, agree that the article, if accepted editorially for publication by “busquedas.org”, shall be licensed under the Licence CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 ATTRIBUTION-NONCOMMERCIAL-SHAREALIKE 4.0 INTERNATIONAL.
    • You are free to:
      • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
      • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material
      • The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms.
    • Under the following terms:
      • Attribution — You must give appropriate credit , provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made . You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
      • NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
      • ShareAlike — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.
      • No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.
  2. I, and all co-authors, agree that, if the article is accepted editorially for publication, the data included in the article will be available under the Licence CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 ATTRIBUTION-NONCOMMERCIAL-SHAREALIKE 4.0 INTERNATIONAL waive, unless otherwise stated. For the avoidance of doubt, it is stated that sections 1, 2 and 3 of this license agreement shall apply and prevail.
